About Us
The Arizona Veterans Resource Center (AZ;VRC), led by Founder and CEO Nicole Pogue, is a one-stop hub supporting veterans and their families across Maricopa, Pima, and Yavapai counties. Through a powerful coalition model, AZ;VRC unites veteran-serving organizations to deliver housing assistance, employment support, VA benefits navigation, and mental health resources—all in one place.
At the heart of AZ;VRC is the Defender’s Den Wellness Lounge—a dynamic space for connection, healing, and transformation. More than a lounge, the Den is a community-driven venue where partners host workshops, forums, events, and speakers that bring veterans together and strengthen the network of support.
With programs like the East Valley Women Veterans group and The Spotlight podcast, AZ;VRC is redefining community-based care—ensuring no veteran navigates transition alone.
Mission: Reconnect, Rebuild, Rise.
Through her leadership, AZ;VRC has served thousands of veterans, ensuring no one faces transition alone. Mission: Reconnect, Rebuild, Rise.
