Restoration 1 of Avondale is a veteran-owned, owner-led company specializing in medical-grade mold remediation for sensitized individuals, including clients with CIRS, MCAS and chemical sensitivities. Owners Jason and Elizabeth Plein hold five IICRC Master certifications, IICRC Mold Remediation Specialist, NORMI Certified Remediator for Sensitized Individuals and CIRSX Medically Important Remediation credentials. Every project follows ANSI/IICRC S520 with strict containment, HEPA cleaning, low-toxicity products and independent clearance testing. We also provide water damage restoration, fire and smoke cleanup, asbestos abatement and biohazard cleanup with the same care. We work with your healthcare providers to support your recovery.
