Our duty is to unite and strengthen communities by training, developing, and highlighting the role models that lead them. We develop programs, training opportunities, and events designed to empower veterans and families of the fallen, and then inspire them to pass on their values to the next generation and the community at large. The inspiration for our foundation comes from its namesake. Dedicated to 1stLt Travis Manion, USMC, who made the ultimate sacrifice for the safety of his patrol in 2007, TMF carries on the legacy of selfless service and leadership embodied by Travis and all those who have served, or continue to serve, our nation.
Through character-driven programming, veterans and families of the fallen do more than serve their nation. We empower them to strengthen it, to reshape it, to push our communities to be better versions of ourselves. Our service and leadership expeditions empower veterans and families of fallen heroes to create the foundation for long-term professional and personal growth. Every year, thousands in their TMF communities come together at events across the country to unite communities, share the legacy of the character of fallen heroes and spread the "If Not Me, Then Who..." movement.
